You may book a 30-minute consultation separately but it is always included in every full set service.
The consultation is a chance for me, your lash artist, to get to know you, understand your needs and preferences, assess your eye health, and educate you about the process and aftercare.

Re-Lash
With lash extensions comes maintenance. During your lash fill, outgrown lashes will be removed and replaced with new lash extensions in areas where you may have shed.

If at any point you come in for a re-lash with 20% or less lash retention you will be charged up to a full set price.
You will be charged the full set price if you have not received a re-lash within 3 weeks.
